Ugh, just saying the word makes me cringe. We all know stress, everybody experiences it on a day-to-day basis and studies have shown most people don’t do much about it. So it begs the question, can stress be completely eradicated from our lives? Well, the short answer is “no”, but then again stress can sometimes be a good thing (it motivates you, and helps increase productivity). However, the build-up of stress can be detrimental to your health physically, mentally, and emotionally, which is why we’d like to propose 3 viable strategies to help reduce it.
