Lifestyle Tips to Feel (and look) Younger

We all get older, but we don't have to look it. Exercise your body brain: Yes, of course you should exercise regularly, but don't forget about giving your brain regular workouts too. Stimulating your brain & keeping your mind sharp can help prevent disease later in life. Finding a hobby outside of your work that occupies and challenges your brain is one of the best combatants to aging. Ever heard the phrase use it or lose it? We aren't saying if you don't read a book every know and then you'll lose your mind, but we are saying engaging in mental activities, be it reading a book, doing a crossword, taking a class, or learning a new language can help keep your mind youthful.
Glass half full: Healthy, youthful-looking elderly people are rarely curmudgeons, right? That's because they're positive people! They're excited about life and the opportunities that each day brings! Try to be of the optimistic perspective that aging is an opportunity: time lies before you in which you can learn new things, meet new people, & travel to new places. As they say, grab life by the horns, and you'll find that you're more active, more social, and as a result you'll stay youthful & energetic.
Have...ahem...regular sex: Or, in a more direct way, have frequent sex. It can make you look 7 years younger. Science says so! It can also lower your blood pressure, and it releases endorphins which make you feel happy (see point above) as well as relaxed. Relaxation = better sleep, and better sleep = graceful aging!
